Articles, seminar papers and assorted other resourcesA model for reading, interpreting and using the BibleThis model for reading, interpreting, and using the Bible is one that I have developed for classes at Ridley. It is a work in process but represents some of how I think that exegesis and Biblical theology interact. Feedback welcome using this form. Introduction to Biblical theology‘An Introduction to Biblical Theology’ is a series of seminars given to first year students at Ridley College in February 2005 (Seminars 1 and 2, Seminar 3). Preaching on narrativeAs you can see from browsing the Bible talks on this website, I love preaching on narrative. Here is a paper on the topic. Reading through the Bible in eleven daysI have written a short overview of the Bible using a series of eleven daily Bible readings called 'Big Moments in God's Story' (each 1 to 3 chapters in length). You may find it useful in a in a church or student context or as a set of readings to complete when meeting to read the Bible with a young Christian. It could also be used as the basis for three month series of sermons giving an overview of the Bible.
